Let’s face it, summer is hot. When it’s hot outside, the best thing you can drink is something refreshing that isn’t too heavy. That is why our expert bartenders came up with the Cucumber & Chill margarita. The perfect drink to have while you are out with your friends enjoying a summer afternoon. Not heavy on the syrups and refreshes you with the feel of the cucumber water you get at the spa. A different but enjoyable twist on the classic margarita.

We Use The Finest Ingredients
To make a good margarita, you have to use not only the right ingredients, but good ingredients. At REV Mex, we only use the finest ingredients in our food and we carry this philosophy to the bar as well. This unique margarita is a combination of great ingredients including cucumber tequila, triple sec, lime, and serrano simple syrup. Definitely ingredients you will not find at your local bar because some of these ingredients we created ourselves. Now that’s what we call authentic!
Cucumber Infused Tequila
Cucumber Infused Tequila? YUM!! We start this margarita with the main ingredient, Tequila! But not just any cheap tequila from the bottom of the shelf at your local discount store. This tequila is 100% blue agave tequila straight from Mexico. Our inhouse mixologist then infuses the tequila with cucumber. We assure you that you cannot buy this tequila in the stores. But as popular as this drink is, we may consider distilling this tequila ourselves in the future. Would you buy it?
Premium Triple Sec
What is triple sec? Triple sec is the juice that gives a margarita its distinctive taste. It is made from the orange peels of oranges from the island of Curacao which is near Aruba. These orange peels are sent to France to be distilled into triple sec. We use only the finest triple sec from France in our margaritas–as we should!
Serrano Infused Simple Syrup
Simple syrup with serranos …. what? Yes, you heard us correctly. This house crafted infusion blends sugar, water, and a little juice from serrano peppers to provide a mild spice to the flavor. When this flavor is combined with the flavor of the triple sec & the cucumber, it creates a uniquely refreshing taste in your mouth. This is a must try.
Limes
You can’t have a margarita without limes. A twist of lime is added to the above ingredients completing the flavor of the Cucumber & Chill margarita. We only use fresh, non-GMO limes at our bar & restaurant for maximum flavor.
